- Personal Consultation & Hairline Design
Your journey starts with a one-on-one 30 minute consultation with Dr Assem who will perform your surgery. Dr Assem will take the time to listen to your concerns, examine your donor area, and understand your long-term goals. Together, we create a personalised surgical plan and hairline design, carefully mapped out to look proportionate for your facial structure, muscles, current hair loss and age.
- Comfort & Preparation
On the day of the hair transplant surgery, you’ll arrive early in the morning. After reviewing the plan together, we use mild oral sedation to allow you to relax. Dr Assem will then carefully with the minimal pain possible inject the local anaesthetic so you are completely numb and comfortable throughout the surgery. Your vital signs will be carefully monitored to ensure you are safe to proceed & the doctor will be present at all times. - Microsurgical Extraction
Using advanced micro-surgical technology, the doctor will meticulously extract each individual hair follicle from the donor area (usually the back and sides of your scalp). This process is done under magnification using premium advanced technology to protect the donor region, maximise graft survival, and minimise scarring. - Creating Natural Incisions
Next, Dr Assem will prepare the recipient area by making thousands of tiny incisions at the correct angle, direction, and uniform depth. This step is what ensures your new hair grows seamlessly, blending perfectly with your natural growth pattern. He spends a significant amount of time to ensure there is a natural pattern, distribution and to avoid the existing hairs.
- PRP & Graft Implantation
To improve healing and graft survival, we apply platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which enhances blood supply to the transplanted area. Using a hybrid DHI-FUE technique, Dr Assem & his team will then carefully implant each follicle, handling them with precision and care. We at all times are supported by 2–4 highly experienced surgical assistants so that every graft is placed exactly where it needs to be.
- Completion & Recovery
Once the procedure is finished, you’ll be able to return home the very same day. We’ll go through detailed aftercare instructions together, and we will be available for ongoing medical follow-up to support your recovery.
- Your Results
In the days that follow, your scalp will heal quickly. Most patients feel comfortable returning to work within 3–5 days. New growth begins around the 3–4 month mark, and over 9–12 months, your hair gradually thickens and matures. The final result: natural, permanent hair that you can style and enjoy however you like.
